Founded in 2015 as a specialist carpentry and joinery business, Conex Limited has grown into a construction and fire safety contractor serving London and the South East.
Our work spans Fire Safety, Refurbishment and New Build. Our directly employed teams work with clients and residents to coordinate specialist packages and complete the works safely.
We work with clients, project teams and suppliers to establish the scope, resolve interfaces and plan the installation sequence. Our approach places emphasis on quality, traceability and accountability, from the first review of project information to the final handover.

Onetrace
Material records, inspection evidence and approval workflows support the survey and fire protection packages. Reporting by material type, quantity and dimensions provides accountability through the quality process.
Procore
A central platform for drawings, specifications, RAMS and project documents. Inspections, observations and corrective actions sit alongside RFIs, submittals and progress records, creating a digital audit trail of decisions and completed works.
